This Saturday, 24 February, five final contenders for the 1st Great British Bake Off will meet at the Center for Culinary Arts, Manila in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, to battle it out for the much coveted 1st Grand Champion of the 1st Great British Bake Off in the Philippines!
Vying for the title are amateur bakers Anna Theresa Larena, Juna Prodenciado, Maylene Dimaala, Mark Awingan, and Yves Aguilos.
The Bake Off will have the following experts as judges: Chef Aguido Lindayag of Dusit Thani Manila, Chef Barbie Tan of Whisk Asian Bistro Cafe, and Vicki Bates of British Embassy Manila.
The Great British Bake Off is in celebration of the annual GREAT British Festival, which aims to bring together British food industries and key business stakeholders in the Philippines to highlight British Culture and Food and to promote Trade.
