Our subject matter experts include Mr. Chris Lim, Chief Marketing Officer of Francorp and President of U-Franchise. Having helped grow hundreds of MSMEs locally, Chris is now helping brands such as Jollibee, Max’s, Yellow Cab and Bench
continue their pursuit to grow across ASEAN. Chris will guide us towards Investing in the Right Franchise. Our second speaker is Mr. Rudolf Kotik, Founder and CEO of RK Franchise Consultancy. He has developed and marketed almost 800 franchises, and will be providing us a brief overview of the franchising industry and his insights on franchising. Our third speaker, on the other hand, Atty. Melvelyn Barrozo, Partner – Carpo Law & Associates, will arm us with a background on the legalities of franchising, so that we are assured we are on the right track.
