The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) is committed to implementing the directives set by President Marcos Jr. regarding the streamlining and digitization of data and processes, which are among the top priorities of his administration. Expanding on the reforms initiated by the previous administration, the President has called for the enactment of several proposed legislations, including the National Government Rightsizing Program (NGRP), E-Government Act, and E-Governance Act.

To facilitate the streamlined filing of applications and business permits, ARTA has introduced the Electronic Business One-Stop Shops (eBOSS) Compliance Report for Local Government Units (LGUs) through a digital portal.
