In celebration of Philippine Airline’s ground-breaking direct flights to London, the British Chamber of Commerce held a special social networking event last 30 October 2013. Hosted by the British Ambassador, Asif Ahmad, BCCP Members and guests enjoyed a feast provided by Mandarin Oriental and San Miguel Corporation.
Philippine Airlines Senior Vice President of Operations, Nicki Gozon presented to the audience the 13-hour direct flight from Manila to London.
Wick Veloso, CEO of HSBC, and one of our event sposnors, also gave a short speech before announcing the winner of the Marks & Spencer Gift Certificates.
To end the night, Nicki Gozon again took the stage to announce the winner of the night’s grand raffle prize of 2 Business Class Round-Trip Tickets to London – BCCP Member, Tom Mattison, Director at Manila Water Company, Inc.
