Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021

To: ALL VALUED MEMBERS

Notice is hereby given that the BCCP Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 1st June 2021 from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Please help us to achieve the 35% mandatory quorum by registering to attend.

Important Details

Date: Tuesday 1st June 2021

Venue: via Zoom

AGM Starts: 5:00 PM PHT

AGM Ends: 6:30 PM PHT

All registered and fully paid members of the BCCP are eligible to attend the AGM free of charge.
For the AGM to take place 35% of all registered and fully paid members must be present to vote or must participate by way of a proxy or absentee vote.
