Tuesday, 18 March 2014 – Back by popular demand, the British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines hosted another Property Matters event at the Mandarin Oriental Manila. The first Property Matters event hosted by the BCCP was held last September 2012 and was well-attended by members, guests and interested participants from the Philippine property industry.
This year, speakers Eric Manuel of Cushman & Wakefield, David Young of Colliers International, Rick Santos of CB Richard Ellis and Lindsay Orr of Jones Lang LaSalle, were invited to answer the questions about real estate, presented by the host, Greg Kittelson of KMC MAG Group.
The questions were grouped into categories such as: Commercial, Residential – Condominiums, Houses & Land, Capital Markets & Investment, Development & Infrastructure and other general questions. The audience was very engaging as they asked their own questions and follow-ups during the discussion, which the speakers were ready to answer.
The speakers and numerous guests enjoyed a cocktail reception before and after the event courtesy of Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Forth & Tay.
