Pride in Action: Building Inclusive Cultures

An organization thrives when all employees experience equity and inclusion amidst diversity. According to an Index conducted by the Philippine Corporate SOGIE Diversity and Inclusiveness (CSDI) Index, only 17 percent of corporate companies in the Philippines implement SOCIESC-inclusive anti-discrimination policies. In a country with conservative roots like the Philippines, it is nourishing and progressive for companies to continuously strive for the best quality of well-being for its employees encompassing potential sociodemographic biases such as gender, race, ethnicity et al. With this, highlighting trail-blazing leadership,  initiatives, and best practices across different industries and companies in the Philippines is highly noteworthy and inspirational. 

Through the efforts of the British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, join us for an empowering and educational event entitled “Pride in Action: Building Inclusive Cultures” on 20 June 2024 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM to learn innovative and effective best practices on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) inside the workplace and at the same time, align industry efforts with political leaders who pave the way for inclusion in our country.
