[WEBINAR] Deciphering PEZA’s Guidelines for the WFH Arrangement

While several issues came up with the WFH setup, including concerns of certain employees on lack of boundaries between work and home, adopting this work setup has now become the norm. However, among the things that remain unresolved at this point is whether this WFH setup could be permanently adopted by Informational Technology (IT) registered business enterprises (RBEs) registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). 

Recent announcements have given Information Technology and Business Processing Management or Business Processing Outsourcing (IT-BPM/BPO) firms the liberty to adopt up to 100% work-from-home (WFH) arrangements or whichever hybrid work model they prefer. Through the upcoming virtual event, we will examine the latest BOI registration guidelines and the tax incentives that will be offered to these companies, which were only given until the end of 2022 to transfer from PEZA to the BOI. 

Further, the speaker’s presentation will be followed by a panel discussion thereafter. Attendees may also have a productive discussion on the WFH or hybrid setup guidelines for other industries aside from IT-BPM/BPO companies.
