In this critical times that the Covid-19 virus is rampaging all over the globe and exacting a continually growing toll in human lives in even the most advanced economies and highly developed societies in the world, there is a need to examine and focus on encouraging governments to formulate and implement policies and programs  that will  promote health and wellness, prevent diseases, and boost the immune capacity of their people.

Our guest speaker, Dr. Susana M. Balingit, Medical Director at The Farm at San Benito, will share her insights on the need to bring the importance of health and wellness into the agenda tackling sustainable development and nutrition in our webinar entitled “Putting Health and Wellness Work at the Forefront of Sustainable Development” on 10 September 2020 at 3:00 PM PHT.

In any natural healing program, assuring that you are getting the proper nutrition is very important. The most nutritious foods are those which have been subjected to the least amount of processing and contamination. These are called natural foods. From the time food is harvested to the time it ends up on the grocery shelf or your refrigerator, it goes through many steps of processing. Each step may lower its nutritional value, as well as add harmful chemicals.
